About the Author
SIDDHARTH MALLAVARAPU is Assistant Professor at the Centre for International Politics, Organization and Disarmament, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He teaches globalization and critical approaches to International Relations theory to research scholars. He has published widely in journals on the issues of nuclear weapons, disarmament, and national and international nuclear policy debates, and has contributed papers to several edited volumes. His most recent publication is a two-volume anthology on International Relations theory in India: International Relations in India: Bringing Theory Back Home; and International Relations in India: Theorizing the Region and Nation (both volumes co-edited with Kanti Bajpai, 2005). Mallavarapu's current research focuses on an intellectual history of the discipline of International Relations in India.
