About the Author

Richard M. Contino, Esq. is an internationally recognized attorney, equipment leasing advisor, seminar instructor, and a businessman, experienced in the legal, business, marketing, and financial aspects of equipment financing. He is a Managing Director of First Lease Advisors, an equipment leasing and financing consulting firm; a Managing Director of Fairfield Capital Group, LLC, an equipment lease syndication firm; and the Managing Partner of Contino + Partners, a law firm whose practice is limited to equipment leasing and financing. He has an LLM (in Corporate Law) from the New York University Graduate School of Law; a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law; and a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and has been admitted to the Bars in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Richard Contino is also a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations and is listed in Who’s Who of American Law, Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders, Who’s Who in the World, and The International Who’s Who of Contemporary Achievement.
